Gigabyte, and 4690K, but I would get a Z97

Easily the first, but second if you're on an extreme budget (like no dedicated gpu).

Gigabyte Z87 G1.Sniper + Core i5 4690K or AMD A106800K Richland 4.1GHZ + Asus CrossBlade Ranger ? 

That 4690k destroys every AMD CPU!!! Go with the 4690K and a Z97 series motherboard from: Asus, MSI or gigabyte (To name a few)

(That was a bit exaggerated but it is still much much much much better)
