Should I upgrade to a mechanical keyboard?

For those considering the new Kailh (sp?) switches, I have noticed them to be a fair bit heavier than the MX blues I'm used to.

The projects never end in my line of work.

The G710+ from logitech is going for 50 dollars under original MSRP on Amazon. If you like cherry brown switches I would say this keyboard easily competes with the more expensive options from Corsair or Razer.

Medium, loud and tactile. They're a little on the lighter side of medium.

I think I want go with Browns on a corsair k70, but if you have any suggestions for keys besides brown let me know.

Browns sound right for you so that's fine by me.

 

Perhaps check out Das Keyboard. Has a super sexy scroll wheel.

Brown switches are the best allround. See the color map.

 

>K70< is best bang for the buck. K65 is an alternative @ 80 but I believe it only has Red switches?

 

I like the Ghost pad personally. (see pads below)
