How to use Nvidia Inspector

im doing some tweeks to RAGE following this guide http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=122440311I'm on step 4 where it says to use nvidia inspector, ive never used it before so I downloaded it but I see nothing like the guides screenshot all I see is care card info like the gpu the revision number fan % clock speed and various things like that. So can anyone walk me though this?
