Build question

I saw a build which said to add intel core i3 4360 but what if i add intel core i5 4460?? would it effect the build or something else would happen please help!! 

 

THe build is 

 

Motherboard  GA- Z97-D3H

cpu core i3 4360

ram 8GB 1600Mhz DDR3 (4×2)

drives 120GB SSD , 1TB HDD

power supply Corsair CS 550 Watt Modular

Case NZXT 210

wifi card TP-Link PCI Express Wifi Adapter

 

And which gpu should i use with the build??
