Touch keyboard not appearing in lockscreen

use the accesibility keyboard once, and then the regular keyboard will pop up as well, i had this on my dell venue 8 pro as well

Hi guys I need some help for the past two days my yoga 3 14" has been acting up. For some reason in out of nowhere my touch keyboard stopped appearing in the lockscreen, I tap and tap on the text box and it just doesn't appear. I know its a minor problem but its killing me from the inside out. Any help would be appreciated, THANKS!

and if all else fails you can reset it to factory defaults

and that should totally fix it

On my Inspiron 11 it did this forever, then one day it just started working
