You can, but you shouldn't. Not easy.

So what's the difference in installing Mac OS X on amd cpu and on Intel cpu???

Back when I was doing Hackintosh's it was a requirement to have an Intel CPU. Maybe things have changed, I've never done a Hackintosh anywhere near an AMD CPU :P
