How is the bass on them?? are they over whelming or are they just right so it is clear sounding and not covering the other audio like Beats??

They sound alright. Like I have said, they are flat sounding, the bass, mids, and treble will not stand out from one and other. But the clarity makes up for it. Tek Syndicate put it the best, their sound stage is very open.
