TLDR; What do you reccomend for a good looking and performing wireless gaming mouse?

So I've been using my R.A.T. 5 for about 5 years now, and it's starting to die. Overall I've really liked it. But I want something wireless. I was looking at the R.A.T. 9 but it has a lot of features I wouldn't use such as the weights and different customization options. I do like to customize but after I've set it up, I don't feel the need to change it again.

I also looked at the Razer Ouroboros, but I've heard mixed reviews. The money isn't really much of an issue to me as long as it's a good mouse. But I've also heard about problems when switching between wired and wireless modes and even the sensor breaking (although I suspect this is somewhat of an extreme case and would probably be covered by warranty).

So if you own one of these mice (or even better, both), would you please give me some advice? :)

Any other suggestions are welcome too :)

The Logitech G700s is really nice IMO, its wireless but not Bluetooth so it performs much better and if you plug the USB cable in not only does it mean you can keep using it while its charging but data also switches to the cable so when you want 100% reliable data transfer for those important gaming matches you can just plug it in ;)

I have the G602 and it works perfectly for me. But since you are eyeing on the $100+ dollar stuff you probably should hear more from the richer kids.

Though a friend of mine own the Ouroboros and went back to his deathadder only after a week, but then he isn't very good at gaming, ahahahahaahahah... ha..

Logitech is king when it comes to wireless mice. The Logitech G602 would be my recommendation. :) (or G700s).

i have the razer oruoboos (sorry for my spelling) i can say as much as that when you go into wireless it tends to feel as if it is a higher dpi than i should be and it can only be fixed my shutting down my computer. other than that the wired seems very consistent and you dont need the battery in for wired which is nice :) i also fealt as if the side buttons are mushy although to mouse clicks are very tactile. also due to razer's crappy software it will sometimes feel jittery when it connects to razer synapse
