PC in a windows repair loop

Specs:

Core 2 system

4gb of ddr2 ram

gtx 650

a.k.a

WWII pc with a 650gtx

Ok so we removed cmos battery, nothin happnd. The keyboard wont start on startup. Do we need a ps/2 to usb adapter or a fresh windows install?

Try starting in safe mode first and if you can boot into safe mode then copy any files you want then shut down and see if you can get into windows normally and then do a system restore or do a fresh install.
