Hi, I'm looking to do a fun little project where I build 2 gaming computers for £400, quad core/dual core cpu's I don't care.

Just thought it would be good to do, buy all second hand parts and see what powerful gaming rig I can build.

I'd would like some other peoples ideas to go off.. so please I need help :D

Thanks

Craig

Above mention parts is exactly what was used in the Scrap Yard Wars series. (Well, at least a combination of their builds). I would check local craigslist if applicable (or any other website that you can sell items on in real life). I would stay away from sites such as eBay (or UK/whatever) equivalent, as they usually are  a bit more. It is still worth checking those sights to start at, however.

Current Desktop Build | 2200G | RX 580 4GB | 8GB RAM | CTRL | Logitech G Pro Wireless

Laptop | 2018 MBA 256/16GB | MX Master

Yeah Luke got an r9 290 for his build and Linus got a q6600 @thekeemo

I guess they are so stupid it required 2 of them to do it right :P

also stay away from the ebays

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.
