Internet is very slow, please help.

Hello, my internet has been really slow on my computer lately. I am suppose to get 25/5 however I am getting speeds not even close to that, the best I have gotten is 16/6, usually is is around 3/5. It also only happens to my computer. My phone gets 30/6. I ran full scans with bit defender and Malwarebytes, but the problem was still there.
