So anyone know of good mods? Just graphical/items quests stay the same

You can download their Nexus Mod Manager which installs and acts as a download manager for their website! Easy management and you have full control. I use this personally for Fallout 3/New Vegas and Skyrim. Also, you need to create an account to use the Nexus Mod Manager, but you don't need an account to download the mods manually.
