So,i just received my Tt esports knucker. And i have a little problem with it. It has usb and it comes with PS/2 adapter for the features that dont work with usb.

If I connect it to the usb port on my computer, windows doesnt recognize it.It just says undetected device.I have tried all of the little fixes i could imagine:rebooting, replugging and many others.

If i connect the keyboard with the PS/2 adapter my computer doesnt regognize it either. And i am aware that you cant hotplug PS/2.

Thermaltake says that the Knucker doenst need any drives, its plug and play.

I did go to their site and downloaded the software for the keyboard.

So now i am asking you guys if you have encountered same problems and have possible fix.

Thanks in advance! :)

So i tried out every usb hub on my computer and no fix.I think i am going to have to call retail support.

If you go into devixe manager, do you have unknown devices? If so, connect then disconnect the key oard and see if one disappears. If one does, the keyboard isn't giving the OS it's built in driver.

Have tried checking the UEFI/Bios for some options regarding PS/2 devices? My motherboard's UEFI had options for that.

And what OS are you using? I've got a problem where a USB stick is showing up as unknown device if it's plugged into a PC using Windows 8/8.1 but on Windows 7 it works fine.

Yes device manager says unknow device. If i disconnect the keyboard it disappears from device manager. And when plugged in it still is unknown. The problem is in the keyboard because every other device works on the same ports flawessly.
