i3 4130 Temp

Go to solution Solved by Faceman,

I play BF4, yeah my ambient temp is hot for now... i already mounted the cooler properly

BF4 is one of the hotter running games. Pair that with a high ambient temperature and your temps are pretty normal. It's a tad on the high side for an i3, but definitely not dangerous or even close to being harmful. Keep it at less than 85C for 24/7 use and you're good.

If you're really concerned, buy a Hyper 212 EVO, but it's entirely unnecessary.

I have i3 4130 procie,, and when i play game, my procie have a hot temp like 72C...

Is that normal or not?

i just have stock cooler and 6 fans case

Thanks  :D

72C is a good temperature for when gaming

What game are you playing where you hit 72C? What is the ambient temp? Are you sure that you mounted the cooler properly? Sometimes you need to push it in very hard and twist to get good mounting pressure. Also make sure the fan is spinning at an appropriate speed.
