I have a A10-7850k and it gets along nicely with my R9-290. But I would probably suggest a R7-270X and it will do you justice. Considering you got yourself a A8 you're not looking to spend 50% more for 10% more. Although the A8-6600k is REALLY similar to the A10s on the CPU side.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

So it's either 260 or 270 is the "best" for an A8 without bottlenecks?

WIth that, I can also go with 260X + non-OC A8? I have no idea on OC'ing computations...

you got a cooler and a nice mobo

time to let it loose

dial the multiplier and see how much you can go with stock voltage

look for the A10 or 760k or 860K OC guide

their guides are similar across the APU and FM2+ socket

I just turn the 100 clock to 105 or so? Then the frequency (or something) from 39 to 46 or higher? I'll not change anything other than that?

only touch the multiplier

and voltage

make sure you RAM is at the correct speed

is there a calculation for a correct multiplier + voltage? ex: increase multiplier by 20, add voltage by 10 or some sort like that?

not really

it depends on the CPU

some at a certain can only hit xx speed

others can hit higher xx speed at the same voltage
