I have been using my garbage laptop for 2 months now because I have a PC problem.

The PC Will Not Boot with the GPU installed.

The Power supply has been replaced and it was confirmed that it wasn't an issue in the first place.

When the GPU is placed into another PC, it works just fine.

I can run the PC on the intel graphics though I have only done it once and the resolution was terrible.

Motherboard is an MSI-Z87 g45 Gaming

GPU is an MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozr IV OC

PC worked perfect for about 10 months.

I have read about resetting bios, but im not sure how to do it I just built my pc watching Linus's videos a while ago

Any help would be greatly appreciated as the RMA people aren't replying to my email

ShivamPlays if they are not replying to your emails then get on the phone.  Seriously don't settle for useless customer support.

As for resetting the bios ....

It says to leave the battery out for 10 to 15 minutes but you do not need to leave it out that long at all. LOL!

Also there is the jumper method where you move the plastic jumper on your motherboard to reset settings.  It should show you more on this in your motherboard manual.

Lastly you can reset the BIOS settings to factory default by actually going into the BIOS and clearing them.  Look in your manual as to what key you need to press to get into your BIOS.

It may be a dead motherboard.

Does clearing this also clear all my data? Sorry I don't know much about this

Clear the CMOS to see if that fixes anything. If the card works in another PC, but not your own, it's probably a dead PCIe slot on the board. Have you tried the same card in another PCIe slot on the same board?

Do you have the BIOS set up to run off of installed graphics?

Its simply the matter of going to video in bios and setting it to dedicated graphics.
