what do I do contact them? also I got a scratch on my cpu but it's super tiny that gonna be a problem?

 

Contact them, within 48 hours of receiving.

 

And it depends on your definition of tiny. How did you even scratch your CPU? 0.o

You should contact your retailer who sold you the case and ask him for a replacement.

A little scratch on the CPU shouldn't be a problem. The thermal paste should fill it up and you won't notice any difference. But a picture would be nice.

If the scratch is on the top it shouldnt be too much of a problem. I still recommend getting it replaced as it might be affected in other areas and may shorten the life span of your cpu. The scratch itself wont be too harmful but you never know how it got damaged. It could have been due to rough handling or a defect.

Your case manufacturer should have customer support so you should contact them. Who manufactured your case?

testing the silver bracket and it fell and dragged across it it's like a quarter of a centimeter long
