Hey guys ,  I have an i3 3220 3.3 ghz 2 core 4 thread CPU ( and I am not happy with it ) asrock p67 pro 3 mobo  GTX 650 ti boost SC from EVGA video card

500 w PSU 8 gb 1333 mhz ram (oc'd to 1600 mhz ) and i want to buy a gtx 970 or something with simmilar performance and i wonder if 2 way SLI 650 ti boost will be enough for 1080 p gaming with maxed out settings on games like Crysis 3 , Dying light , Tomb raider , Far cry 4 etc ...

If you could take a moment and recommend me some parts I would greatly appreciate it :)

get a better cpu, like an i5 and then you can start to put good GPUs like a 970 without bottlenecking

i sugest an i5 or an i7 3rd generation, depends on budget

Tell me your budget and I'll do the pricing up for you!

It's around 350 dollars for the graphics card so a 970 but im still wondering about what CPU i should get i am thinking the  Intel Core i5-4690 K because i want to do some overclocking

Hmm. I don't think that the 650 Supports SLI.

If I was you I would get a 960 or even a 970 if you have a deep pocket.

the 650 Ti Boost supports 2 way SLI and i wonder if it will have around the same performance like and 970 given that i will not be gaming on more than 1080 p and the 970 is a 1440 p gaming videocard , i might be ok with 2 gb vram but im not too sure

As people stated, you need to upgrade to an i5 at least otherwise your GPU will cap at 80%.

WoW thank you everyone for the support ! :D i will be buying those two then :)

I love this site already

Forgot to add, if you want to overclock or get a non reference 970 I would recommend a 600W PSU.
