on redddit you can give gold for a post and it counts as a month of gold reddit membership or something.

To gild is to coat in a thin layer of gold. It gives the post a gold tint. As for anything else, we don't know.

True but Apple doesn't really sell "inexpensive" extra's in the sense of like what DLC is. They now will try to expensive accessories and do needless upgrades.
