So, basically i'm still having the same problem, but I decided to record it this time. 

 

 

What happened in this video is after a few hours of using the PC, this happened. My mouse went crazy, audio cut and lagged along with video. Also it acted like I unplugged my headset and started playing audio through my monitor for a few seconds...

So punny it hertz is the perfect headline for this... anyways it's most likely something to do with hardware.
