I think the build is great, and the 750Ti will play 1080p at roughly 60fps (maybe not ultra but high settings definitely -> it'll play BF4 at roughly 35fps on ultra)

 

But I do recommend going with a Pentium G3258 (which is EXTREMELY overclockable) and a Z97 board (whichever you want, motherboard doesn't impact performance, but I personally prefer Asus) which will get you drastically improved performance for minimal cost.

Opine on this First Build, 

No Budget, but trying to spend as little as possible So I can practice Building Desktop PC's.

And Play Games like COD UO and Steam The Hunter Primal on Ultra Settings.

With that budget you could maybe crank out >30 fps on your pc at most in ultra settings although it will probably be closer to 20

Looks great! You might want to get a dual channel 8x2 RAM for expandability. Also, a better PSU would allow for upgrading and better overclocking for better processors.
