creating a civ 5 map help

so i have been working on a map for civ 5 and i got the lay out somewhat done and i have a center island and four starting island but when i loaded it up on civ 5 the center island was on the east and not in the center of the four island here is the download to the map  http://www.mediafire.com/download/5ejab1o9c4fjudk/test.Civ5Map can someone help?
