Do I need fans?

Im going to install a water cooling loop for my gpu and cpu. Do I still need to put fans in the case other than the high static pressure ones being used for the radiators?

I would say 1-2 fans for some extra airflow

For exhaust, yeah.

IMHO yes you always want at least one intake and one exaust fan to provide some airflow over the VRM'S and memory modules and other stuff that needs passive cooling son.

I'd still have one or two fans to help heat from motherboard and storage.
