Best parts for watercooling

Hi guys,

I am planning to upgrade my system with a custom water cooling loop for my Intel Core i5 4670K. What parts should I go with?

My color theme is blue.

System specs:

Fractal Design Define R5 Windowed case

Asus z87 C motherboard

Intel Core i5 Haswell 4670K

Gigabyte gtx 970 g1 gaming

8 Gb of Team Group 1600 MHZ DDR3 memory

1 TB Western Digital HDD

Kingston 128 Gb ssd

Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 550w PSU

So what would be the ideal parts for my setup for under 350 dollars?

Thanks for your help!

A $350 budget is a bit limiting if u want to do a proper loop. I'd suggest saving until u have about $500 to really build a good looking, reliable loop. But ofc if u didn't care about aesthetics at all, $350 will be plenty. As a matter of fact there's already a guide for a $200 loop (tho I forget if that includes gpu or not)

3770k, Asrock Extreme 4, 16GB Dominator Plat, AX760i, 250GB BX100, 1.5TB Seagate, Win 7 Home Prem

-phobya

-primochill

-hardware labs

It is in no order of reliability

You are propably right, I will consider that. Aesthetics will be one of the main reasons I will go with custom watercooling. Thanks for your opinion!

I've had good experience with XSPC and EK gear, it all pretty much just works, I'm quite pleased with the EX series from XSPC if you have high static pressure fans such as Ultra Kaze or Gentle Typhoons.
