Razer surround problem

I have used the Razer surround sound program thingy wich should give me 7.1 surround sound and some other things like Stereo enchancement, voice clarity ect.

 

So the problem is that sometimes the bass changes randomly, and I dont cant really hear any improvements from using this program, other than the bass.

The sound/bass mostly changes when i play TF2(havent tried any other games), if that has anything to say and I have the Razer Electra headset

 

Anyone else has this problem?

How do i fix it?

Theres audio settings within tf2, under audio tab change it to 7.1

it doesnt work since it is for speakers, i dont use speakers so it just makes it worse

I have a 5.1 headset i set tf2 to 5.1 and it works fine?

try to re configure the headphones from the windows volume mixer (Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound) to 7.1 surround

im having this problem too, when im playing minecraft and listening to music or even when im streaming, the sound stutters like i can hear the same thing twice and it lags like im listing to it from youtube with shit internet, but i have it downloaded and listening to it from itunes
