Motherboard dead need help

So squaretrade the warrenty company is reimbursing me 226 USD and I had a crosshair v formula Z im debating wether to get just that or get a sabertooth 990fx or a asrock 990fx extreme9 Because if i get one of those i would be able to get a noctua NF-a14 fan and a new warranty which saved me from Asus's horrible RMA and Support Any suggestions My cpu is a fx 6300

As far as I'm concerned, Asus has good RMA and support, actually one of the best? I think you got it pretty good, but yeah I would go with the sabertooth.

Im just upset with the service i recieved :)

Usually they're pretty good though, so's Gigabyte.
