Power Phase needed?

pretty sure the whole power phase is bull. Intel it really doesn't matter for the overclock. AMD it might a bit more.

For a 24/7 overclock on Intel power-phases don't really matter (note: the quality still matters). It's on AMD and extreme overclocking where they become more relevant.
