Imagine that you have 2 Identical PSU's of X wattage is it possible to use both of them at once ? 

For example have one plugged in to the motherboard and the other one into the GPU's.

Yeah, its been done before just fine. 

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

You'd have to figure out how to turn the one not plugged into the board on and a way to actually mount the second one.

 

Why not just buy a single high wattage one? Much easier.
