Decent tablet/2-in-one? "HTC One" Tablet

Aniallation

Would you buy a tablet that's based off the HTC One line?

I went to Best Buy and saw this today, and I immediately thought, if there wasn't an HP logo I could so easily pass it off as the HTC One Tablet. O.o

The actual tablet is an HP Envy 2-in-1. $850CAD for a Core M-70 Broadwell powered tablet with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of SSD storage, a 13.3" full HD IPS screen, and keyboard cover included. Not bad at all actually. Considering that it's only $50 more then the base model i3/64GB Surface Pro 3 which doesn't come with a keyboard cover. I'd definitely take this over a Surface Pro 3. Should I sell my laptop and get one? I'd be paying about 300-350 on top.

edit: $850 is on sale. Regular price is a whopping $1100 O.o http://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-envy-2-in-1-13-3-touch-screen-laptop-intel-core-m-8gb-memory-256gb-solid-state-drive-natural-silver/9215019.p?id=1219399592569

I don't see why not? If it can rival an iPad for build quality and possibly beat it like the one phones beat iPhones for build quality, then I'd certainly look at getting one, if it was cheaper than an iPad.
