Hello in my limited time of using my r9 280x my temp were somewhere around 71-67 C now i never had a really good GPU or so these temps are a bit scary to me so is this normal?

That's perfectly fine, my 970s get to 85 C and I don't mind it, I even let my CPU get to 100 on gaming, when I do benchmarks I hit the TJ max immediately xD
