Google search all weird?

So my google search is being all weird, its the same on chrome and firefox, for example its displaying images next to search results and I cannot use the built in widgets in chrome anymore like the calculator or currency conversion, heres how my search looks like right now

At first I was gonna say browser hijacker but that doesn't seem to be the case since you are in google and not some other google copy search engine.

Run ADWCleaner and Hitman pro, reset your browser and remove all extensions

If it's happening to all browsers, it is very likely malware.

Try going into your program list in control panel and see if there are any fishy programs in there that you didn't install.
