290x: U Mad Bro?

So when I'm playing dying light on all high, fan speed set to 80% max, adjusted fan curve

, all of a sudden, I check my afterburner aaaand...

this

happens... My fan was running at 50-60% for some reason, idk why it wont go higher

my temp: (because the GPU was cutting off its usage for some reason, normally it runs at 95 degrees)

Please help me!!!!!

 

PS it is in uber mode, and reference card.

Yea should be, 200mm fan and tower sits on my desk. 290x was acting up on me, I was expecting perfection for the price.

The only problem I see there is the low gpu usage. According to your fan curve, at 67°C, your fan speed should be right around 50-60%. Is there an fps limiter enabled in afterburner or something?
