steam download troubles

hey everybody, today i bought whole arma 2 collection on steam. After i bought it steam said: 'download here' or something. At that moment my PC asked to reboot for some updates, i thought updates first, after the reboot ill download arma. But when i try to instal arma now steam says you can't play this game in offline modus???   sorry but i got steam 1 day now and i know nothing about it, does anyone can help me what is have to do to download all my bought games to my harddrive via steam.

You try anything to troubleshoot the issue?

You don't need to be in Online mode. I'm downloading a game while in Offline mode.(I initiated it in Offline mode)
