Screen Choice

My name is karol and i am building my first pc.

I have a small problem finding a good screen under 100 dollars. Can anyone give me a suggestion?

Wait for some kind of sale at some holiday, and if you're lucky you could get a small 1080p IPS screen for under $100. 

 

EDIT: I mean you can get this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-etws0hpa01but it's a really small screen that's TN, and I know that the quality won't be very good. Could you increase your budget to even $120 or $130?
