Audio issues electronic hum

So basically this was working fine ad works fine in Linux and hackintosh but on windows whenever i plug my Headset in i get a electronic hum.How do i fix this

do you have your linux, hackintosh and windows all in the same pc?

Check your audio settings. You might have audio gain enabled in windows.

I recommend getting ferrite cores for the cable to stop the "hum" but make sure they are the proper size for your cable's diameter.
