Water cooling inwin 901

I am trying to water cool my new Inwin 901 but, I have no idea where to start or what to do. I still want it to look good but still function well. My budget is around £500 while I still want to water cool my CPU and GPU which are the i5 4960k and the reference gtx 970, including a corsair 550wat PSU and 16 gigs of corsair vengeance. I am still willing to do alot to my case to make it work and look awesome. So far i am wanting a green and black style build in the case. From there i am pretty much stuck. What should I do??
