Prime95 failing to start on 4 cores?

Set my CPU Voltage to 1.3something and clock to 4.3ish and its doing this now, what can be wrong? what should I turn down?

Try turning the multiplier down.. (and turn adaptive voltage off)

Right after posting this my computer froze so I turned it down to this:

I'll run Prime again and see what happens..

 

Do you know if its possible to disable some cores? I just want to see how high I can get the clock on this cooler.
