Good AMD processor with the highest performance for gaiming and the lowest price

Go to solution Solved by Interfectorem,

Intel CPUs are a much better choice fro gaming. I would suggest an i5-4440 if you can stretch your budget a little more. Otherwise, the FX-8320 is the best 'bang-for-buck' AMD CPU in the $150 price range.

I am searching for a good amd processor with high gaiming performance. It would be nice when the processor is around 150 bucks

860k. for the general majority of games. sure there is the six and eight cores. but it's used by some games but it's a pretty meh platform (am3+)

If graphics card you can find a 280 if not then just 270x.

The AM3+ CPUs have L3 cache and also overclock better; the 860K is hamstrung by the more GPU-optimized 28nm SHP process.
