Ms Office Question:Outlook 2013 and iphone Calendar Synchronization.

What can I do so that when I create an event on my outlook calendar, it reflects on my emails in my iphone.

The only way I can get them to sync up is adding the event in the iphone. and using an internet calendar to view it in outlook. 

It would be nicer to have it where I can create an event on any of the desktop and have it reflect on the mobile apps.

Also, how can i synchronize my contacts on my iphone to my outlook contacts as a live file. so they are always in my outlook app...and also on the desktop WITHOUT having to manually maintain them.

I tried installing the google app sync.. that isn't working either.
