APU RAM

Hey guys

 

i've got an A10 7850K rom a friend 

 

I'm putting it on an ASUS A88XM-PLUS/CSM

 

I know i need 2133 mhz ram, the question is which RAM do i go for?

1) 2133mhz 1.65V CAS 9-11-11-31

Which would give me the best performance???

 

Also whats the difference between 1.5v and 1.65v RAM?

That's the power usage, just go with the cheaper one, the 1.5V will probably be more compatible though.

Number one in my opinion. Mainly because of the looks, but also because of the slightly faster latency of the ram.

The 1.5v is cheaper

 

the 1.5v (the blue) ram are more new (and use less v) i think

 

the 1.65 (the black) is more expensive for the bigger cooler

 

but the blue is the best choice (i think)  ^_^

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-205-KS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1387its much cheaper. but as for the ram you are looking at the cl9 is worth the extra £1, however its really tall and so it won't fit under any heatsinks.

Looking at the RAM it doesn't look that tall?

Also this only looks as tall they're normal RAM which fits under the Hyper 212
