Game capture solution

Looking to capture 30 fps 720p. im using a less than powerful laptop now but will be building a rather beefy machine this summer. would like a unit that could record on its own but if there is a PCI-E capture device with a better value im willing to swing that way. also the ability to livestream would be handy, but not necessary

Elgato and Avermedia both have excellent solutions for this

(If you only want 720p30fps you can go for the regular Elgato and I know AverMedia has some PCI cards)
