I have a GTX 780 and I am having some frametime issues that are causing some sort of stuttering in most games. For example the frame \rate will be a solid 60fps but the frame time will go from 16.6ms (what it should be) to 16.9ms, 17.2ms, 15.1ms, and it causes some really bad stuttering. Is there any way to fix this?

yes put a framecap with MSI afterburner...if you have a 60hz display cap your framerate at 65FPS...120hz display cap at 125FPS etc...you'll see it will be much smoother and consistent.

You will also save on power consumption, heat and noise since your GPU will not have to work as hard at times to provide you with the performance you are looking for.
