So with pricing of the Titan X at $999 US, it is certainly an expensive card.

On my facebook feed just now, one of our online retailers has posted pre-order pricing for the card

They list  Asus, Gigabyte and EVGA variants with pricing as follows

Asus: $2099.95

http://www.computerlounge.co.nz/components/componentview.asp?partid=24388

Gigabyte: $1999.95

http://www.computerlounge.co.nz/components/componentview.asp?partid=24387

EVGA: $1999.95

http://www.computerlounge.co.nz/components/componentview.asp?partid=24386

these are all $7-800 over the converted US price into NZ dollars

It's expensive yes, but the price above the US price when converted is just excessive

Looking for a job

If you're buying a Titan why cry about ram? 24 gigs isn't a big deal nowadays. Running 32 and 2 Titans in my old z77 build. Pocket change really.
