450 dollar PC build for friend

Title says it all really, he is willing to spend about 450 dollars, and does only need a CPU, Mobo, RAM, GPU, PSU and a case. Preferably all parts from a single store.

I came up with this, but im not sure. Anyone who has a different idea? This is meant to be for gaming, just.. get the best possible for that price.

When i open this on the website, it displays different prices. Why does it do that? Also, ATX is not really mandatory.

Set the region to United States, other than that Idk.
