my budget is $250

Can you help to choose the pieces?

One of my problems is that i have a NXZT H440 case that doesn't has Bay.

IMO its a bit reckless to build a custom loop with 250$. You'll end up regretting it once you realise you skimped a bit too much on the part choice.

Do custom loops if you have enough money (350 - 500$) , i would recommend saving up for an EKWB X240 or X360

You should be able to get a kit with a decent pump and a 120 or even 240 rad for around $250 such as the NexXxoS Cool Answer 240 DDC/XT. On their site it's ~200€, around 212USD plus shipping. L240 from EK has a DCP pump, dunno about that.

Still, I'd recommend to save up a bit more money for a loop with your choice of hardware. My planned loop is probably over 800€ already, including coolant and the needed accessories. 2x 240 rads for CPU + GPU (maybe 2 later).

@mcmilk11 L240 Has a DC pump and X240 has a DDC pump. There's a reason behind the pricing.
