Payday 2 is just broken to all hell.
My friend can't launch it, my other friend can't make it got above 720p, my other friend can't get it to join games, and I can't get it to go above 24Hz.

Well it works now and I got it up to 1080p and it says it's doing 135frames per second

Lucky.. i've yet to be able to play it.
