Looks good, though I'd replace all the stock case fans with quieter, higher quality fans.

A GTX 980 would likely be a better choice, depending on the software being used. Multiple gpu if supported, are generally only used for renders/export.

 

The Noctua NH-U14S is designed for full memory compatibility on LGA2011/-3.

 

While Mushkin is not a well known name, they are a very reputable American memory company. The kit has better timings than the one in the OP and is less expensive.

 

The X99-Pro has a very similar feature set to the X99-Deluxe, at a nicely lower price point.

 

A 4-lane XP941 M.2 ssd will provide significantly faster performance than the 850 Pro SATA III ssd. A 1TB 850 EVO provides excellent performance.
