I was reading an article about doing this as it helps with idle temps (I idle at 55c+) because I use two monitors.

 

So how I enable it because I don't see it in the latest version..... (being 1.9.7.3)

Found it, it was a right click on Show Overclocking which wasn't specified anywhere...
