Cheap Racing Sim Seat?

I have had my g27 for a while now and its kinda a pain to pull out my extra desk and anchor down my car seat (From a real car) and I want a racing rig. one that I can pull in front of my desk (Like nerdgasim's racing rig) problem is I don't know were to start and everything I see is like 400$.

I had a quick look around and there is basically the sub $200 option which constitutes a racing frame that holds pedals, wheel and a shifter. With those you just pull it in front of an existing seat/chair. I'm not a fan of these as you tend to push yourself away from the wheel when you push the pedals.

 

Unfortunately the next step up starts at about $350 which includes a chair and they then scale up to silly money.

 

I have the RSEAT RS1 which is amazing, but not for the budget concious.

Unfortunately the sim chassis market is anything but cheap.
