Enough rad?

Is 2 Swiftech MCR220-XP rads with noctua NF-F12 fans in pull enough to cool a 780 (overclocked) and 3570k (also overclocked) thanks. Also what fan RPM's do you think i should run at to keep good thermals?

That'll be fine. No idea on RPM but it won't be hard to find out ;)

I think you mean FPI (Fins per inch) and I looked and it is 20FPI and 38mm thick and 240mm.

Look at the OP, I meant what I said :P

just test it, even at 12V these fans push some serious air while being not very loud, at 7V they are basicly not audible in a case.
